Shipping Policy

THIS SHIPPING POLICY IS ONLY FOR USA ORDER AS WE ONLY SHIP IN THE USA.
  • Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping. We ship all the orders from our Florida warehouse.

  • Shipping Methods and Rates

We offer shipping through a variety of carriers, including USPS and UPS. We strive to provide our customers with competitive shipping rates, and we are always looking for ways to reduce shipping costs without sacrificing quality. 
Standard Shipping is Free for all orders above $30 (excluding rebates, tax and shipping) and below a flat fee of $5.95 is added whereas Express Shipping is $9.99 for all orders below $99.99 (excluding rebates, tax and shipping) and $5.95 for all orders above or equal to $100.  

  • Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and shipped the same business day of receipt. However, please note that sometimes orders are processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays). We use this period for order verification, quality checking and packaging. 

  • Shipping Times

The Express Shipping method is usually a 1-2 business days delivery method usually with UPS whereas the Standard shipping is a 3-4 business days with USPS (except for Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico where it could take 8 days).

  • Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your package through the carrier's website.

  • Shipping Address Changes

If you need to change the shipping address for an order that has already been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once your order has been processed, we cannot change your shipping address. Also if a package cannot be delivered to the address provided and it is returned to our office, we will contact you to arrange a second delivery attempt, keep in mind additional charges may occur.

  • Shipping Damage

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and replace the damaged items as quickly as possible.

  • Shipping Refunds

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made an error in shipping your order or the item is damaged or defective.

  • Tax

Should you be leaving in Florida, we shall add tax on the product.
